Retaliation is not tolerated
Reporting something in good faith will never affect your assignment or your standing with us. If you ever feel it has, call the office and ask for HR.
Questions
Employee questions, answered.
The questions our team asks most. Call (518) 562-4673 for anything else.
Who sees my report?
Unsafe conditions reports go to the ETS team responsible for that site. Harassment complaints go to Human Resources. In both cases, someone at ETS reads it before the client does.
How quickly will someone respond?
A member of our team reviews every report within one business day, and you will hear back from us by phone or email.
Can I report something anonymously?
You can leave out identifying detail, though it does limit what we can investigate. If you want to talk it through first, call the office and ask for HR before you file anything.
What if the problem is my supervisor at the client site?
Report it to us. You are our employee, and working it out with the client is our job.
Who do I call about pay or scheduling?
Call your recruiter. They are the fastest route to an answer on pay, schedules, time off and anything else day to day. Call (518) 562-4673 or the Vermont office at (802) 540-1070.
What if I am hurt on the job?
Tell your supervisor on site and call your recruiter the same day. You are covered by ETS workers compensation and we will walk you through what happens next.
Something wrong on your job site?
Report it. It costs you nothing, it will not affect your assignment, and someone on our team reads it within one business day.
