We find and screen people.
We start with our own network, then search the wider market. We test skills and check references before you meet anyone.
They start work
Your new hire starts on our payroll or yours, depending on how you hire. We handle the paperwork either way.
We stay involved
We check in on day one, week one and month one. We would rather fix a problem in week two than replace someone in month three.
