How quickly will ETS contact me?
Our team calls you back the same business day. If you send the form after hours, you will hear from us the next morning.
Do I have to sign anything to get a quote?
No. We give you a bill rate on the phone. Nothing is signed until you decide to move forward with a specific job.
Does ETS cover my area?
Our offices cover the North Country, the Capital Region and all of Vermont, and our National Search team places in all 50 states. If we cannot cover your location, we tell you on the first call.
What does staffing through ETS cost?
It depends on how you hire. Contract to hire is billed hourly at 40 to 60% over the pay rate, with no fee to hire. Employer of Record is about 25% over the pay rate. Direct hire is a one-time fee from 18% of first-year salary. Our pricing page has the full breakdown.
