Assembly Technician

Job Location: In-Person, $19-$20/Hour, 1st Shift, Monday-Thursday, Excellent Benefits

Your day-to-day as a Assembly Technician:

• Assemble industrial LED lighting products through both sub-assembly and final assembly processes
• Follow detailed instructions to ensure products meet quality and safety standards
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve daily production goals
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to company procedures

Your skills and experience:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Reliable attendance and a positive, solution-focused attitude
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks and open to cross-training in new areas
• Good hand dexterity and willingness to learn new assembly techniques
