Contract to hire, 40 to 60%
If you take the person on contract first, you are billed hourly at 40 to 60% over base pay, with no fee to hire.

Direct hire, from 18%
If you want them on your payroll from day one, it is a placement fee from 18% retained or 25% contingent of first-year salary.

Does it cost anything to post a job with ETS?
No. Posting is free and so is the search. You pay only when someone is placed, and what you pay depends on whether you take them on contract or direct.
Will my company name be public?
No. We never put a client name in a public job posting. Candidates learn who the employer is once they are in conversation with a recruiter.
How is this different from a job board?
A job board publishes your listing and waits for applications. ETS publishes it, sends it to our own talent pool, and assigns a recruiter who works their network and reaches people who are not searching.
How soon will I see candidates?
Industrial and warehouse roles usually produce a first candidate within 24 to 48 hours. Skilled trades, engineering and professional roles take longer, and we tell you the realistic timeline up front.
Can I post more than one role?
Yes, as many as you need. High-volume clients often send a whole shift at once and we build a program around it.
Does ETS write the job description?
Yes. Send us what you have, even if it is rough. We will write the public version to match how people search and keep the requirements you need.
